Capital Markets Analyst

Role & Responsibilities: Support debt origination and issuer marketing efforts, working closely with senior bankers. Act as a liaison between syndicate desks and investors, assisting in deal execution. Conduct market research and financial analysis to support debt issuance strategies. Work across a variety of debt products, including unsecured debt, ABS, preferred stock, and other structured transactions. Assist in structuring and pricing new debt issues, preparing client materials, and tracking market trends.

Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in investment banking, capital markets, or a related field. Strong financial modeling, valuation, and market analysis skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
