Capital Markets Analyst

Key responsibilities: Coordinate loan participation servicing processes, investor reporting, and portfolio reconciliations Research and resolve data and reporting issues by collaborating with internal and external partners Build and maintain relationships with participation partners and internal stakeholders to ensure timely communicationRequired qualifications 3+ years of experience in financial services, lending, capital markets, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent experience Understanding of lending products, underwriting concepts, and portfolio performance metrics Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and relationships simultaneously Preferred experience with loan participation programs and financial calculations
