Key responsibilities: Serve as the primary legal partner to global Procurement, advising on third-party contracting matters Draft and negotiate buy-side agreements, including SaaS, software, and professional services contracts Develop and maintain scalable procurement and legal review processes while delivering training to stakeholders on contracting and negotiation strategiesRequired qualifications 5+ years of commercial contract experience with a proven track record in procurement agreements JD with an active bar membership in New York Experience in a law firm and/or high-growth tech company Understanding of data privacy requirements Strong leadership and teamwork skills with a proactive and results-driven approach
