Key responsibilities: Provide legal advice on sales and supplier agreements, corporate obligations, and regulatory compliance Assist in resolving disputes and support special projects as directed by senior legal team members Review advertising materials and communicate the impact of new legislation and regulatory changes to the businessRequired qualifications 2 - 4 years of experience in contract review and negotiation of technology agreements Active bar license in Arizona Prior in-house experience in the technology industry is preferred Fluency in English with strong negotiation and practical drafting skills Experience or exposure to privacy, information security, and regulatory issues is highly regarded
