Licensed Legal Counsel

Key responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate software licensing, SaaS, and vendor agreements Provide day-to-day operational legal support to portfolio company leaders on various issues Maintain corporate records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across entitiesRequired qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school and admitted in good standing in at least one U.S. state 4+ years of legal practice, with experience in both law firm and in-house settings preferred Strong drafting and negotiation skills related to commercial and technology agreements Experience with employment law and HR-related legal matters Working knowledge of IP, corporate governance, and SaaS business models
