Key Responsibilities: Provide legal advice on business transactions, regulatory compliance, and corporate governance, seeking guidance on complex issues as needed Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and legal documents, identifying risks and recommending mitigation strategies Conduct legal research and analysis on statutory and regulatory requirements, presenting findings to support legal guidance and decision-makingRequired Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Minimum four (4) years of progressively responsible legal experience, particularly in contract management Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar or eligibility for in-house counsel registration
