Key responsibilities: Manage cases in both State and Federal courts across the country Lead complex ESI discovery processes, ensuring defensible and efficient data management Conduct deep-dive internet legal research to support novel legal theoriesRequired qualifications: Licensed and admitted to practice in the State of California and/or Nevada 3+ years of experience in civil litigation preferred Strong academic background with proven skills in legal research Experience with trial work is preferred but not required Ability to leverage AI-based legal tools for document review and drafting
