Representing clients in various civil law matters, the full-time California Licensed Civil Litigation Attorney will manage cases through all stages of litigation, including discovery and trial, while working in a flexible remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Represent clients in all phases of civil litigation, including court appearances and depositions
Conduct legal research and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and contracts
Manage multiple cases while effectively communicating with clients and legal professionalsRequired qualificationsJuris Doctor (JD) degree
Admission to the California State Bar
Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience
Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with attorneys and support staff
