Seeking a Florida Licensed Civil Litigation Attorney, the full-time remote Associate Attorney will manage complex civil litigation cases, focusing on General Liability and Insurance Defense while collaborating with an experienced team. Key responsibilitiesManage a caseload of complex civil litigation matters Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and briefs Advocate for clients in court and during settlement negotiationsRequired qualifications 3+ years of litigation experience Active member of the Florida Bar and/or Alabama Bar in good standing Experience in General Liability and Insurance Defense preferred Strong legal research and writing skills Excellent organizational and case management abilities
