Senior Private Funds Associate - Fund Formation & Raising

Paul Hastings' Investment Funds & Private Capital Group is seeking Private Funds Associates (mid-senior level) to join their growing team. Candidates must have meaningful experience in the formation of funds focused on investment in private equity, real estate, credit and / or other illiquid asset classes, with a focus on advising clients on all aspects of fund formation, fund structuring, capital raising and related legal issues.
