Senior Fund Formation Counsel - Private Equity & Hedge Funds

The PeterSan Group and PeterSan Legal Staffing in New York seeks an attorney with 3+ years of fund formation experience to represent private funds on compliance, capital raising, structuring, and related matters. The role involves drafting and negotiating fund documents and coordinating with GC and Deputy GC. You will work closely with our clients and internal teams to advise on regulatory issues, prepare offering materials, and oversee outside counsel through the fund formation process.
