Fund Formation VP - Private Funds & Closings

Blackstone seeks an experienced fund formation attorney to join its centralized fund formation team in New York. The role covers launch of new fund products, drafting LPAs and fund documents, coordinating with outside counsel and business teams, and driving fund closings. The candidate should have 6+ years of fund formation experience, in-house or law firm, with knowledge of closed-end funds, waterfalls and LP protections.
