Sales Development Representative

TD Synnex, an innovative IT and software leader in San Francisco, seeks a Discovery Representative to fuel pipeline growth. In this role, you’ll research target accounts, engage prospects via phone, email, and social channels, and qualify leads for our sales team. You’ll conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and match them to TD Synnex solutions, logging all activities in our CRM. Collaborate closely with sales and marketing, refine messaging based on data, and contribute to campaigns. Research and identify target accounts and key contacts in the IT and software space Engage prospects via phone, email, and social channels to generate new opportunities Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs and qualify leads Align prospect challenges with TD Synnex software and technology solutions Log and track all activities, leads, and outcomes in the CRM system Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outreach and campaigns Schedule meetings and demos for account executives Provide feedback on messaging, positioning, and market trends Meet or exceed KPIs for outreach volume, qualified leads, and pipeline value Participate in continuous training to deepen product and industry knowledge Lead qualification Outbound prospecting CRM management Cold calling Email outreach Sales pipeline management Discovery interviewing Data-driven reporting Basic SaaS/IT knowledge Presentation and demo scheduling Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Salesforce or similar CRM proficiency SaaS sales training or certification (e.g., HubSpot Sales Software)
