Bilingual Consumer Finance Branch Manager

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a Gerente General Bilinge to lead a high-performing consumer finance branch. In this on-site role, you will oversee bilingual staff, manage daily operations, and drive sales of short-term credit solutions, installment loans, and related products for underbanked customers. Responsibilities include ensuring strict regulatory compliance, managing P&L, coaching and developing team members, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong training and advancement opportunities. Oversee day-to-day branch operations and staffing in a bilingual environment Drive sales of consumer lending and related financial products Ensure strict compliance with federal and state consumer finance regulations Manage branch P&L, budgeting, and performance metrics Coach, train, and develop team members for high performance and advancement Resolve escalated customer issues and maintain strong service standards Monitor risk, cash handling, and security procedures Analyze operational reports to improve efficiency and results Implement company programs, promotions, and process improvements Collaborate with leadership on branch goals and market growth Bilingual English/Spanish communication Branch or retail operations management Consumer lending and credit products Regulatory compliance and risk management P&L management and budgeting Sales and performance management Customer service and issue resolution Team leadership, coaching, and training Cash handling and security procedures Data-driven decision making with reports and KPIs Fluency in English and Spanish Experience in consumer lending or short-term credit products Background in branch or retail financial services management Knowledge of federal and state consumer finance regulations Training in compliance and risk management Proficiency with financial and POS systems
