Finance Manager – Hospitality

Aramark is seeking a dedicated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team within the Hospitality & Travel sector. Oversee daily financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting within the Hospitality & Travel sector. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that align with company objectives and industry standards. Manage the preparation of all financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, and reports for government regulatory agencies. Ensure compliance with state and federal budgetary reporting requirements. Analyze market trends and provide financial insights and forecasts to senior management to influence strategic planning and decision-making. Collaborate with other department heads to control costs and enhance profitability. Supervise and mentor finance department staff, fostering a collaborative team environment. Proven proficiency in financial management software and Excel. Strong analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to handle high pressure situations with key stakeholders. Advanced knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standards, laws, and regulations.
