Branch General Manager – Consumer Lending

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands seeks a General Manager to lead a high-volume consumer lending branch. You will oversee daily operations, drive sales of short-term credit and financial products, and ensure strict compliance with federal and state regulations. Responsibilities include managing and coaching team members, monitoring branch performance, handling cash controls, resolving escalated customer issues, and maintaining accurate reporting. You’ll work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with training, incentives, and advancement opportunities while serving underbanked customers with integrity and strong customer service. Lead and manage daily operations of a consumer lending branch Drive sales of short-term credit products and related financial services Ensure strict adherence to federal, state, and company compliance standards Recruit, train, coach, and schedule branch team members Monitor branch performance, KPIs, and implement action plans to meet targets Oversee cash handling, reconciliations, and loss prevention controls Resolve escalated customer issues with a focus on service and retention Maintain accurate records, reports, and audit-ready documentation Support process improvements and performance initiatives across the branch Promote a performance-driven, customer-focused culture aligned with company values Branch operations management Consumer lending processes Cash handling and reconciliation Regulatory and compliance knowledge Sales and performance management Financial reporting and KPI tracking Customer service in financial services Staff coaching and training Risk and fraud prevention Collection and payment processing Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k NMLS license preferred State lending or collections certification a plus Training in consumer lending compliance (e.g., Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, Truth in Lending)
