Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients in a home care or in-facility environment, determining their unique needs and recovery goals. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's condition, utilizing a range of evidence-based interventions such as therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities designed to decrease pain and promote mobility. Regularly track patient progress, documenting treatments, response to therapy, and adjusting plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes. Provide education and training to patients, family members, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, the use of assistive devices, and self-care techniques to empower them in their recovery and rehabilitation journey. Engage in professional development by attending educational workshops and participating in professional societies to enhance your skills and stay updated on best practices in physical therapy. Patient Population / Client FocusOur diverse patient population includes individuals recovering from orthopedic and neurological conditions, post-surgical patients, and those dealing with chronic pain. Qualifications: A Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution. A valid DPT license to practice in the State of New Jersey. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information understandably to patients and their families. Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills. Ability to adapt and be flexible in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating agility in your treatment approach.

Preferred Experience: A minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is preferred, although recent graduates are encouraged to apply as mentorship opportunities are available.

Compensation and Benefits: The salary range for this position is between USD 100,000 and USD 120,000 annually, dependent on experience and qualifications.
