Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical condition and needs. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's specific goals and medical history. Utilize advanced rehabilitation techniques and evidence-based practices to treat patients with a variety of conditions. Document patient progress meticulously and report this information to the healthcare team, ensuring alignment with established treatment protocols. Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers to promote understanding of treatment methods and encourage compliance. Engage with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes through collaborative care approaches. Actively participate in establishing and meeting practice utilization goals and other key performance metrics. Patient Population / Client FocusYou will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population including those requiring orthopedic rehabilitation, pediatric care, neurological therapies, and sports medicine treatment. Our patient-centric approach ensures we cater to individual recovery journeys, creating specialized plans that adapt as patients progress towards their goals.

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program by APTA or CAPTE.Current state licensure in Physical Therapy in New Jersey. Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association. Strong written and verbal communication skills, paired with proficiency in standard office software. Demonstrable ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with patients and their families.

Preferred Experience: Doctorate of Physical Therapy (DPT) accreditation. Two years of clinical experience in a similar setting. Current CPR certification. Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development and community involvement.

Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, along with a robust benefits package designed to support your health and well-being.
