Work Environment: Our facility operates onsite from Monday to Friday, between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM. You will work alongside a team of knowledgeable professionals in a supportive and collaborative atmosphere, contributing to exceptional patient outcomes and innovative therapy practices.

Key Responsibilities: Administer personalized care tailored to each patient's specific needs and rehabilitation goals. Maintain a manageable patient caseload, allowing you to dedicate quality time and attention to each individual. Employ your expertise in orthopedic outpatient care to develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans. Advocate for non-surgical treatment options that encourage patients to minimize reliance on medications. Create comprehensive and effective care plans that incorporate a diverse range of treatment modalities, including manual therapy techniques and prescribed exercises. Encourage and motivate patients throughout their rehabilitation process, fostering a positive and engaging recovery environment. Continuously assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal recovery. Document all patient interactions and treatment plans accurately using EMR software, specifically Web PT, to support seamless patient management. Collaborate closely with other health professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to patient care. Patient Population / Client FocusYour primary focus will be on adult patients seeking rehabilitation for orthopedic issues, sports injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions. You will play a vital role in improving their strength, flexibility, and overall physical functionality, enhancing their daily activities and overall lifestyle.

Qualifications: A completed Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is mandatory. Possession of an active physical therapist license in the state of New Jersey, free from any sanctions or disciplinary actions. Strong proficiency in various manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities. Exceptional ability to design and implement effective exercise rehabilitation programs. Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly Web PT, is required for precise and standard documentation processes. In-depth knowledge of current physical therapy practices, informed by the latest research and best practices.

Preferred Experience: Prior experience in an outpatient setting is preferred, particularly in sports medicine or orthopedic rehabilitation. Demonstrated success in developing patient-centered care strategies that yield effective results.

Compensation and Benefits: You will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
