Salary: £25,506 basic salary plus average bonus earnings of?up to £7000 per year
Location: ? Remote and Hybrid options available
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Shifts between 9am and 7pm
Two 15minute breaks and a lunch break are included in your working day

The Role: As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will contact potential customers to understand their needs, introduce suitable products, and recommend the most appropriate package. Using your communication and sales skills, you will: Build rapport with customers Identify customer needs Recommend suitable products and solutions Handle objections confidently Work towards daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For: To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum of 12 months continuous?experience in a target-driven sales role within the last 3 years Experience in direct-to-customer sales such as telesales, telemarketing, contact centre sales, or a similar high-volume sales environment Strong communication and customer service skills A resilient, driven attitude and genuine motivation to achieve targets This is a 37.5-hour per week contract, operating Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 7:00pm. As part of the recruitment process, you will be required to provide proof of your right to work in the UK.
