The Opportunity:
  • Own the front end of the pipeline —prospect, network, and generate new high‑value opportunities with builders, architects, and affluent homeowners
  • Act as atrusted authority, leading clients from initial vision through to fully realized, design‑driven technology solutions
  • Runhigh‑impact consultationsthat uncover lifestyle aspirations and convert them into compelling, must‑have systems
  • Present, negotiate, and closelarge‑scale automation, AV, and integrated technology projects
  • Partner with internal engineering and field teams to ensure every project delivers at a world‑class level
  • Represent best‑in‑class brands including Savant, Josh.ai, Crestron, Sonance, James, and Focal/NaimWho You AreAtrue hunter mentality —you prospect relentlessly, follow up aggressively, and hate losing deals
  • Proven track record (5+ years) ofclosing complex, high‑ticket sales(preferably in technology, construction, or luxury markets)
  • Highly skilled inconceptual selling —you sell vision, lifestyle, and outcomes, not just products
  • Confident operating in high‑end environments withdiscerning, high‑net‑worth clients and professional teams
  • Able tocreate urgency, handle objections, and control the sales processfrom first contact to signed contract
  • Strong technical intuition with the ability to translate complex systems into clear, compelling narratives
  • Excellent communicator with executive‑level presence
