Transaction Legal Counsel

Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for secondary transactions and NAV lending Interpret fund documentation to identify transferability guidelines and closing constraints Manage global closing workflows by coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure timely execution of legal and operational deliverablesRequired Qualifications 5+ years of post-qualification experience in transactional legal or financial services roles Strong familiarity with US and/or UK law-governed agreements in a cross-border context Experience managing multi-party transaction execution and closing processes Working knowledge of KYC/AML and regulatory compliance in financial transactions Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
