CPA Fund Accounting Senior Manager

Key responsibilities: Oversee key team processes to ensure accurate accounting and reporting for investment companies Interact with external auditors to ensure timely completion of fund audits Coach and oversee a team of managers and/or senior accountants

Required qualifications: 8+ years of experience in investment company accounting with a strong academic track record and CPA license (strongly preferred) Experience at a public accounting firm or as a fund administrator/investment advisor in a fund accounting role Proficiency in US GAAP, particularly ASC 946 and ASC 820 Extensive experience in financial statement creation for investment companies/funds Experience in preparing materials for and coordinating with external auditors
