Apply for this role →Seeking a hands-on CPA Senior Accounting Manager for a remote contract position, who will manage day-to-day general ledger activities, ensuring accurate month-end close processes and resolving accounting discrepancies while collaborating with the accounting leadership team on ERP implementation.
Key responsibilities:
Lead month-end close processes for cash, expenses, and accruals in Net Suite, ensuring timely and accurate entries
Prepare and review reconciliations for bank and credit card accounts, utilizing flux analysis to identify and resolve variances
Oversee prepaid and accrual cycles, including maintaining amortization schedules and supporting documentation for audits
Required qualifications:
Active or inactive CPA with a bachelor's degree in accounting
Minimum of 5 years of accounting management experience with hands-on general ledger work
Proficient in Net Suite within a month-end close environment
Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in lookups, pivot tables, and large data sets
Ability to work Pacific Time hours, particularly during month-end close periods
