Apply for this role →As the full-time Accounting Manager, Global Entities & Intercompany, this role will manage Paxos' intercompany framework, oversee statutory audits, and coordinate tax compliance while working remotely in a collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:
Own the intercompany framework, including agreements, transfer pricing calculations, and invoicing
Act as the single point of contact for statutory audits and regulatory examinations, managing requests and coordinating responses
Coordinate tax compliance support, ensuring intercompany and entity data aligns with filings
Required qualifications:
Minimum of 6 years of experience in public and in-house accounting, preferably in a multinational organization
Bachelor's degree in accounting and CPA (or equivalent) with strong knowledge of US GAAP
Hands-on experience with intercompany accounting and transfer pricing
Experience coordinating statutory audits and tax compliance across multiple jurisdictions
Proficiency with Net Suite or similar multi-entity ERP systems
