Financial Reporting Manager (REMOTE)

We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a Financial Reporting Manager to lead a team responsible for accounting operations, financial reporting, and close management across multiple business units. This role will serve as a strategic finance partner, ensuring reporting integrity, driving process efficiencies, and supporting senior leadership with timely financial insights. Manage the end-to-end financial reporting cycle, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results. Provide leadership and guidance to a distributed accounting team, establishing performance expectations and fostering professional development. Analyze financial statements and operating results to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with finance and operational leaders to support business objectives and address reporting-related matters. Ensure compliance with accounting policies, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards. Oversee balance sheet reconciliations, review journal entries, and validate supporting documentation for key accounting transactions. Partner with external auditors and internal stakeholders during audit engagements and financial reviews. Assist in the implementation and optimization of financial systems, reporting tools, and accounting processes. Oversee offshore financial reporting team. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.~ 5+ years of progressive accounting, financial reporting, or controllership experience.~ Prior experience leading accounting teams in a complex, multi-entity environment.~ Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial statement preparation, and month-end close processes.~ Experience supporting audits, internal controls, and compliance initiatives.~ Advanced Excel and financial systems skills.~ Hybrid work arrangement with strong work-life balance.
