Senior Financial Reporting Manager

Responsibilities: In this role, the Senior Financial Reporting Manager will manage SEC reporting staff to ensure adherence to reporting requirements and timelines; Provide direct support to staffPrepare and review all public filings (10-Q, 10-K, 8K and other SEC filings), manage the SEC process and implement changes in regulationsReview detailed extensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) tagging of financial statements and footnotesThe Senior Financial Reporting Manager works with the investor relations function on the preparation of quarterly earnings materialAssist in monitoring and interpretation of new SEC/GAAP and Regulatory pronouncements; Prepare position papers and implement the accounting treatmentsCommunicate with external and internal auditors regarding financial reporting mattersReview schedules and reports for internal users and external auditors and assist in the audit of financial statements and related footnotesAs a Senior Financial Reporting Manager, this role reviews schedules for internal reporting requirements including the monthly Board packageRequirements* CPA and minimum 8 years of public accounting, and/or public company SEC reporting experienceSolid knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles, SEC regulations, and XBRLStrong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills; Including research skills regarding current and prospective updates to reportingBanking industry and experience preferredWorkiva system experience preferredJob TypeDirect HireCompensation150000 - $200000
