Renewable Energy Transactions Attorney

DESRI Project Management Services, L.L.C. in New York is seeking a Transactional Attorney to join their team. This role involves advising on various transactions including project acquisitions and financings, drafting and negotiating legal documents, and supervising outside counsel. Candidates should have a minimum of three years of corporate law experience and excellent analytical and communication skills. While renewable energy experience is an advantage, it is not required.
