To support a mission-driven law firm focused on renewable energy, the full-time California Licensed Renewable Energy Attorney will draft and negotiate various renewable energy contracts, manage project development, and collaborate with clients and colleagues in a fully remote environment.
Key responsibilities:
Support the team with project development in the renewable energy field
Draft and negotiate contracts such as EPCs, O&Ms, and PPAs
Collaborate with clients and professionals on project development mattersRequired qualifications 7-10 years of law firm experience, preferably in renewable energy
Active Bar admission in the state of residence
Strong experience in drafting and negotiating renewable energy contracts
Proficiency in legal research and drafting
Ability to work effectively in a remote environment
