Key responsibilities: Support mergers, acquisitions, and strategic transactions, including due diligence and drafting agreements Advise on joint ventures and partnerships, structuring and negotiating relevant agreements Develop AI-enabled workflows to enhance transactional legal processes and improve efficiencyRequired qualifications: J.D. or foreign equivalent with active membership in a U.S. State Bar 7+ years of transactional legal experience, particularly in M&A and financial services Strong knowledge of corporate and commercial law with the ability to manage complex legal matters Familiarity with generative AI in legal workflows and sound judgment in its application Passion for financial technology and the mission of creating an inclusive financial future
