Maintain the cleanliness of the dining room, including bussing tables. Provide support in a team-centric environment to ensure exceptional guest experience

Manage the efficient and timely seating of our guests to a table that best serves their wishes.. When immediate seating is limited, record guest names and the number of people in their party. Keep hostess stand and closet clean and stocked. Stock bathrooms and make sure they stay clean with hourly bathroom checks. Upon seating, offer guests a menu and inform them of their server's name.

General Summary: A Host is accountable for directing the traffic flow of guests in the restaurant, all payment transactions, and the security of the cash drawer. Position reports to the General Manager and requires minimal supervision. The cashier/host must know how to read and use the seating chart and wait list. Knowledgeable in Rib Crib products served, the general preparation methods, portion sizes, and prices of each product, ability to discuss with customers in person or over the phone. Performs stocking services for the to go station and packages to go orders.
