HVAC Service Sales And Building Automation Sales Account Executives My client's business includes HVAC Mechanical Contracting and Building Automation. Looking for Sales Representatives on both the HVAC Service Sales side and the Building Automation division. On the Building Automation end, we need: 5-7 years minimum in BAS industry. Has been in sales multiple years. Some experience with Tridium Niagara, Distech, Honeywell, Johnson. Product agnostic. Open protocol systems. BacNet, Modbus On the HVAC Service Sales end, we need: Inside Sales / Service Sales 90% office/10% in field; generally 8am-5pm Selling repairs to commercial mechanical equipment – time & materials Quoting stuff under $10k, times a bit more but not $50k Day to day: come in, check into BuildOps (software), what has been generated by techs and start generating quotes.
