Assistant Director of Nursing (RN Designee)

What You'll Do: Provide clinical oversight and support for Assisted Living and Independent Living residents. Partner with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional care and service. Oversee assessments, care planning, and regulatory compliance. Coach, mentor, and support nursing staff and caregivers. Promote a culture of resident-centered care, safety, and quality. Leadership Beyond the ShiftThis position serves as a key clinical resource for the community and includes participation in an on-call rotation. The RN Designee provides guidance and support to staff after hours, helping to ensure continuity of care, address urgent resident needs, and maintain smooth community operations. What You'll BringActive Connecticut RN license. Two years of clinical nursing experience, including one year in home health, community-based care, assisted living, or a related setting. Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills. Experience with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
