Venture Capital Debt Finance - Senior Attorney

Responsibilities: Negotiating and drafting loan and related documents, advising on transaction structures, supporting deal execution and internal forms initiatives. The position will include working closely with M&A, corporate and finance attorneys across our Emerging Companies, Life Sciences, M&A, and Venture Capital practices. The role requires dedicating time to preparing forms and leveraging AI-driven models to support markups of term sheets, credit agreements, collateral documents, certificates and customary credit deliverables.

Qualifications: Candidates applying for attorney positions with Goodwin should have outstanding academic credentials, comparable law firm experience, and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Bar admission (or eligibility to obtain admission promptly) in the resident office’s location is required. Compensation The target salary range for this position is commensurate with relevant experience: $250,000 - $350,000.
