Platform Product Management Lead – Figma Experience

Figma is seeking an experienced, customer-centric product leader to drive multi-product platform experiences. You will lead teams across platform coherence, multiplayer features, and the internal design system, shaping vision and strategy for workflows and interoperability. You will collaborate with engineering, data, and design, hire and mentor senior PMs, and operate with high agency to impact user-facing initiatives at scale.
