Site Superintendent - Boston

Description: Manage and oversee all on-site construction activities to ensure timely project completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to meet project specifications and deadlines. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies. Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions proactively. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met consistently. Maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, and records. Lead and supervise construction teams, fostering effective communication and collaboration. Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones.
