Senior Site Superintendent / Project Manager Our client is seeking a Senior Site Superintendent / Project Manager to join their team in a senior, field-first leadership capacity. This role is best suited for an experienced construction professional with deep knowledge of the Boston market who can independently manage complex residential projects from start-up through closeout. The Senior Site Superintendent / Project Manager will be responsible for leading multiple active construction projects in the Boston area. This individual will oversee all field operations and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to a high standard of quality. The role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage field execution with minimal supervision.
