Senior Real Estate Paralegal Complex Transactions

Kirkland & Ellis in Houston seeks an experienced Real Estate Paralegal to support high-value commercial real estate transactions for corporate, private equity, lender and investor clients. You will drive due diligence, coordinate deal execution, and help close transactions with attorneys and clients. You will draft and assemble deeds, affidavits, assignments and closing documents, manage signatures and escrow, and resolve title and survey issues.
