Real Estate Associate Attorney Complex Transactions (2+ yrs)

Direct Counsel is seeking a Junior Real Estate Associate Attorney with at least two years of transactional real estate experience to join our international law firm. This role is available in Houston and other major offices, including Phoenix, San Francisco, and Seattle. You will work with national and global clients on complex real estate transactions across various asset classes, including a growing data center focus. A discretionary annual bonus is available based on performance.
