GTM People Partner: Strategic Org Design & Coaching

Brex is seeking a People Business Partner in New York City to drive org design, workforce planning, and change management for senior GTM leaders. This hybrid role combines strategic advisory work with hands-on execution as Brex scales in a fintech environment. You will partner with Employee Relations, Compensation, and People Operations to ensure high performance, equity, and effective coaching across Sales Development and Customer Experience teams.
