Work Environment: This position is an onsite role located within our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility in Arlington, Virginia. Key Responsibilities: Direct physical therapy services aimed at restoring movement, improving functional capabilities, and enhancing the quality of life for clients, adhering to individualized treatment plans. Oversee and guide physical therapy assistants, ensuring the effective implementation of therapeutic techniques and best practices. Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients' functional abilities using a variety of assessment tools and techniques, informing treatment planning and implementation. Engage with clients in developing personalized exercise programs that may include manual therapy techniques, modalities applied, and functional activities. Modify treatment plans as necessary based on patient progress and feedback, documenting changes accordingly in clinical records. Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute insights for comprehensive care planning and execution. Remain accountable for the administrative aspects of care, including timely documentation and compliance with regulatory standards. Patient Population / Client FocusAt Symbria Rehabilitation Center, we serve a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from surgery, those with chronic pain conditions, and patients needing rehabilitation post-injury or illness. Qualifications: Must possess a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy (DPT) and a valid PT license in the State of Virginia. Current CPR certification is required. Proven ability to function effectively in a collaborative team environment. Excellent interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.

Preferred Experience: While a minimum of two years of experience in physical therapy is required, preference may be considered for candidates with experience in both acute care and home care settings. Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation processes is advantageous to streamline the management of patient care.

Compensation and Benefits: This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, based on experience and skill level.
