Apply for this role (opens in a new tab)Proactive and detail-oriented, the full-time remote CPA Licensed Revenue Accounting Manager will oversee healthcare services revenue reporting, manage accounts receivable valuation, and ensure compliance with internal controls while driving revenue integrity and financial excellence.
Key responsibilities:
Lead the monthly revenue close process under ASC 606, managing journal entries, accruals, reserves, and reconciliations
Act as the financial checkpoint for outsourced RCM partners, monitoring performance metrics and ensuring adherence to service level agreements
Analyze billing trends and reimbursement shortfalls to recover revenue and improve cash conversion across the organization
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
7+ years of progressive accounting experience with expertise in revenue recognition (ASC 606) and accounts receivable valuation
Deep knowledge of healthcare reimbursement models and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with modern ERP systems
Proven ability to analyze complex billing subledgers and communicate financial insights effectively
