Patient Experience & Front Desk Coordinator

MedStar Health in Washington, DC area seeks a Front Desk Patient Service Representative to greet patients, coordinate flow, and manage appointments and payments. This role also updates demographics and insurance and provides requisitions for tests. The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, strong customer service, and familiarity with medical terminology.
