General Manager Opportunity Holiday Inn Express Wall Street is hiring a General Manager to lead operations. This role manages a high-volume select-service property where success is measured by GOP margins and IHG brand compliance. You will direct daily activities and collaborate with ownership to meet financial targets. We need a leader who understands the Manhattan labor market and urban occupancy pressures. This position offers direct responsibility for an asset in a dense business corridor. Financial Performance Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue, optimize expenses, and achieve budgetary goals. Monitor financial performance through regular analysis and implement corrective actions as needed. Operational Excellence Maintain a seamless and efficient operation by overseeing all aspects of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, and maintenance. Implement best practices to uphold quality and safety standards. Employee Development Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development, empowering team members to excel in their roles and advance within the organization. Your Background and Skills Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality or a related field. Previous hotel management experience required.
