Key Responsibilities: Own direct capital raising from HNW, UHNW, and family office investors, ensuring timely funding of every deal Lead the capital raising team as a player-coach, personally raising capital while recruiting and developing talent Architect the Rex investor community through events, proactive reporting, and storytelling to drive reinvestment and referralsRequired Qualifications 7-10+ years of experience raising capital from high-net-worth investors with verifiable results Strong background in real estate private equity or syndication preferred Proficiency in SEC, FINRA, Regulation D, and accredited investor verification compliance Experience in building investor events and community programs that enhance engagement Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field preferred
