This role is based in Clifton, NJ, with a work schedule of 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Candidates must be willing to travel or relocate, as applications from locals within 50 miles will not be considered. First-time traveler pharmacists are welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide inpatient clinical pharmacy services in a hospital setting
Utilize EPIC EMR systems to manage patient medication records
Collaborate with healthcare teams to optimize drug therapy and ensure safe medication use
Monitor patient outcomes and participate in multidisciplinary rounds
Qualifications:
A minimum of one year of inpatient clinical pharmacy experience
Proficiency with EPIC electronic medical records
Strong clinical knowledge with the ability to apply it within a hospital environment
Willingness to adhere to assigned shift hours and contract duration
