Retail Staff Pharmacist in Clifton, NJ

Location: Newark, NJ

Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM5:00 PM

Responsibilities: Dispense medications accurately and counsel patients on proper use Manage pharmaceutical inventory and ensure compliance with 340B program requirements Provide excellent customer service to a diverse patient population, including Spanish speakers Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes within the FQHC setting Utilize MicroMerchant and PrimeRx systems for prescription processing (training available as needed)

Qualifications: Active New Jersey Pharmacist license Experience in community or retail pharmacy practice required Previous experience working in FQHC or with 340B programs is preferred but not required Bilingual English-Spanish skills highly preferred to serve a predominantly Spanish-speaking patient base Familiarity with MicroMerchant and PrimeRx software is a plus This contract position is under final review and expected to be confirmed shortly.
