Salary Range: $130,000–$150,000

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years of quality experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment. Minimum 3 years of quality leadership or management experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with **PCBA and Box Build manufacturing
- Proven customer-facing quality management experience, including customer escalations, audits, and complaint resolution.
- Strong expertise in root cause analysis, 8D, CAPA, and corrective action programs
- Experience supporting SMT, Through-Hole, Functional Test, Final Inspection, and NPI processes
- Knowledge of quality systems and compliance, including ISO 9001, ISO 13485, AS9100, and IATF 16949.Experience driving continuous improvement, defect reduction, yield improvement, and reducing scrap/rework
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop quality engineering teams
Preferred:
ASQ CQE/CQM certification, Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, and working knowledge of IPC-A-610, J-STD-001, and IPC-7711/7721.
