Public-Company Corporate & M&A Counsel (Hybrid)

Axon is seeking an Assistant General Counsel, Corporate and M&A, to provide elite transactional leadership and advisement on complex M&A, capital markets, and securities reporting. You will work directly with the CLO, interact with the Board, and guide external counsel on major strategic transactions. Location is NYC or Boston with a hybrid schedule; you will lead due diligence, coordinate governance, and ensure regulatory compliance while advancing Axon’s mission to Protect Life.
