This elite team handles complex, cross-border M&A transactions for global corporates, financial institutions, and investment funds. This is a partnership-track opportunity offering exposure to some of the most high-profile public company transactions in the market, with hands-on client interaction and strong international collaboration.

Key Responsibilities: Advise on public and private M&A transactions, joint ventures, and corporate governance matters Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements and related transaction documents Coordinate with colleagues across tax, IP, litigation, and regulatory teams globally Take a lead role in due diligence, deal structuring, and transaction execution Regularly interact with senior client stakeholders and opposing counsel

Who You Are: 3+ years’ M&A experience at a top-tier US or international firm Strong foundation in public company transactions, SEC reporting, and disclosure requirements Experience managing complex cross-border deals Excellent drafting, communication, and project management skills Admitted in New York and in good standing

CompensationBase Salary: $250,000 – $365,000 (DOE) Bonuses: Performance-based bonus potential (substantial upside)
